We ship worldwide, depending on your location and domestically to all 50 states in the United States of America. Please review shipping options at checkout.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
ERMOU is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Import Duties & Taxes
Shipments outside of the United States, may incur customs import fees, duties and taxes depending on the destination country. Please be advised that you may be subject to customs import fees, duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; ERMOU has no control over these charges. If you refuse a shipment from ERMOU, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any customs import fees, duties or taxes that are incurred on the package. ERMOU is not responsible for any international customs import fees, duties or taxes.
All items on our website are made-to-order thus cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. No exceptions. Cancellations, changes, or returns are not allowed on all our items as they are made to order and are FINAL SALE.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Notification for EU consumers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore ERMOU reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
